A CPA at KPMG in 2007, I launched Recto Développement in 2009. Since then, I have completed flips, developments, and residential and commercial real estate projects, while structuring real estate financing from $500k to $26M. A CPA by training, with a solid grasp of financial models and tax structures, I am above all a hands-on real estate entrepreneur.
