Real estate has always fascinated me. Not just for the numbers, but for what it makes possible: building wealth, improving quality of life, and dreaming bigger. As a CPA at KPMG in 2007, I launched Recto Development in 2009. Since then, I have completed flips, developments, and residential and commercial real estate projects, while structuring real estate financing from $500K to $26M. Trained as a CPA, with a strong command of financial models and tax structures, I am above all a hands-on real estate entrepreneur.
